I bought this from mattresses.net thinking it would last me a decent amount of time, but it started sagging badly in the middle after just a few months. I’m not a heavy person, so it’s really frustrating to wake up with back pain and feel like I have to keep rotating it just to make it usable. The most annoying part is that when you try to get help, it feels like nobody wants to take ownership of the problem. Overall, I’m disappointed because the quality just didn’t hold up anywhere near what I expected...

I’ve had this for over a week now and the smell is still awful. I kept hoping it would fade, but it hasn’t at all. I also feel kind of ignored because it’s such an obvious issue and nothing seems to be getting addressed

I ordered this from mattresses.net hoping it would help me sleep cooler, but nope. I’m still waking up sweaty almost every night. I even tried switching to different sheets thinking maybe that was the issue, but it still seems to trap heat. Like, I bought it to be cooler and somehow I’m hotter? Make it make sense. Super frustrating and definitely not what I expected. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I don’t know, the whole pricing thing just felt off to me. It showed one price at first, and then later a different price came up, which made me feel like I wasn’t really getting the full picture. Maybe I missed something, but it came across as kind of shady

I had a problem with my mattress and figured the warranty would help, but it really didn’t go anywhere. Customer support kept asking me for more details, and every time I sent something over, it felt like there was just another hoop to jump through. Not a great first experience at all. I just needed a simple answer about my order, but I kept getting passed from one person to another and nobody seemed to actually know what was going on. They said someone would call me back, but that never happened. Frustrating, and it definitely left a bad impression. I don’t see myself using them again

I remember sitting there refreshing my email while eating a weirdly cold slice of pizza, which somehow made the whole thing even more annoying. I really wanted to like this, and at first I thought maybe I just needed a few nights to get used to it. But no, the latex started feeling thin and kind of lumpy quickly. I opened the cover and honestly, it just looked sloppy inside. The foam layers were uneven, the stitching felt weak, and overall it didn’t give me much confidence, definitely doesn’t seem like something that’s built to last.

I understand businesses get busy and delays happen, but a straight update would have made a big difference. Because of how frustrating the whole process felt, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.
